ADULT EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES Your baptism calls you to service—are you open to more? Each one of us has a call—a mission only we can fulfill God calls us in areas that use our special gifts and talents... What gifts do you have with which you can serve God and God’s people? Could you serve more effectively if you had more training? Are you willing to spend the time if you have financial help? The Adult Education Opportunities Committee can help you How does it work? • The course you choose must have an application to the church and its mission • Completion of the Lay Formation Program would be an asset • Financial aid is available Where can you study? • St. Thomas More College, Queen’s House of Retreats, St. Paul’s Hospital, University of Regina, Newman College, St. Paul’s University, St. Francis Xavier University... etc, etc. • In your deaneries or parishes • Attend classes in person, study by correspondence or via internet • Take a weekend course, a night class, a summer course, a conference, or a course that runs a semester Funding available for: (each area has a specific application form) • Individuals seeking training and/or expanded formation • Groups from parishes undertaking preparation for ministry • Deanery or cluster of parishes wanting to offer a workshop The Church needs your help ... your hands Information Please call Leah Perault at (306) 242-1500
