Bishop’s Installation Nov. 23

Free tickets for Bishop Mark Hagemoen’s Installation on Nov. 23 will be released to the general public through starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14.

The Installation celebration for Bishop Mark Hagemoen will be held Thursday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Holy Family in Saskatoon. A limited number of free tickets are available to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Tickets for the installation celebration will become available online starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14 (until all the tickets are claimed). 

Steps to take:

1. Go online to and search for “Bishop Mark” in the search for events box at the top left corner of the page. (Please note: there will also be a link to the Picatic page on our diocesan website.)

2. Select the number of free tickets that you wish to book (limit of four per registration sesion).

3. Enter your contact information (please note: Picatic is a secure website.)

4. Picatic will e-mail the tickets to you.

5. Print your ticket and bring your ticket with you to the celebration on Nov. 23 & show it to an usher!

For those without access to a computer, Catholic Pastoral Centre staff will help you obtain your ticket – also beginning at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14: (306) 242-1500.

Live-streaming of the Installation celebration: The installation celebration for Bishop Mark Hagemoen will also be broadcast live on our diocesan website beginning at 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 23.

Learn more about the Northern Church - Along with Archbishop Murray Chatlain of Keewatin Le-Pas, Bishop Mark Hagemoen will be speaking about the Church in the North on Monday, Dec. 11 at St. Anne’s Parish, 217 Lenore Drive, Saskatoon. Doors open at 7 p.m. with a program starting at 7:30 p.m., followed by refreshments and conversation.


Bishops’ Levee - On New Year’s Day, the Knights of Columbus host an annual Bishops’ Levee reception where you can meet and exchange greetings with our local bishops – including Bishop Mark Hagemoen – from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 1, 2018 at the Cathedral of the Holy Family in Saskatoon. Everyone is welcome.
